The Church in the Last Days: Finding Protection and Purpose (According to Apostle Dr. Joe Kayo)

Introduction:

Many Christians wonder about the future of the Church in these uncertain times. Apostle Dr. Joe Kayo offers a message of hope and strength, drawing on the prophetic words of Zechariah (Zechariah 2:4-5): “Jerusalem shall be inhabited as Towns without walls for the multitudes of men…”

IN HIS NAME

Prophetic insight by Apostle Dr. Joe Kayo

Jerusalem shall be inhabited as Towns without walls for the multitudes of men – (Zec.2:4-5)

This prophecy looks forward to the coming city that will be so wide, that no walls of security will be built around it because the Lord Himself shall be a wall of fire around her and will be the glory within her.

THE CHURCH OF CHRIST

As Jerusalem was the glory of the ancient world, and all nations traveled to behold its magnificence, so will the present world seek to see God’s glory but the difference will be the Church is worldwide so that people will not need to travel to the earthly Jerusalem. God’s glory shall be in the Local Church wherever people shall worship the Father in Spirit and Truth. (John 4:23-24)

The Church has been fought through centuries, banished, prohibited, declared illegal, its adherents persecuted, some tortured unto death, but flourished and continues to flourish, all because God’s glory within her strengthens the saints, because He said; I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (Matt. 16:18)

Jerusalem is called “The City of God”, as the water was drawn from the Eastern gate. There is a River that makes glad the city of God. (Ps. 46:44)

This River runs through God’s city (the Church), and though the happenings in the world don’t favor her, her joy will not depend on the circumstances and the world’s favor. The scriptures reveal clearly that this River is the Holy Spirit, (Ez. 47:1-12) the Lord Jesus also did prophesy on this John 7:37-39). All these supply a wall of protection, the Glory of God within, and the River that makes God’s city (the Church) glad.

The Church of Christ, without walls of confinement, separation, and desolation is well provided for, she is the only one that has God’s image on earth.

In these last days, the Church of Christ will be the center of attraction, all because what the world needs is found in plenty in her. Multitudes will fill her for protection from the ravages of sin, and catastrophic destruction by the natural havoc that cannot be prevented or stopped, as the people of the earth seek safety, peace, and protection that the Governments of earth cannot provide, the only place for all men’s needs to be met will be wherever the Church gathers in Christ’s Name.

This Church is not an ecclesiastical well-organized religion, but one where Christ’s presence will abide, since it will be worldwide, there will be no need to travel long distances like the queen of Sheba did to meet Solomon, King of Israel because; a greater than Solomon is here: (Matt. 12:42)

Although the Lord’s glory filled Solomon’s temple, the glory of this latter house shall be greater, because God Himself shall be in her midst. (Hoggai 2:9) And then the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of o the Lord will hold up a standard against him (Is. 59:19)

Protection for the Church of Christ is guaranteed by heaven, no power known by man shall destroy her, all the born-again, Spirit-filled people are God’s responsibility, and their safety, health, security, and progress are in the hands of God – Blessed be

His Holy name – Amen.

HIS INTENT

What He purposed in Himself from eternity, now, is being revealed to His Servants, the Apostles and Prophets. (Eph. 3:5,10-11) That there be glory in the Church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. (s. 21)

The earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. (Habb.2:14) These things were hidden from men in centuries past, but now, being manifested through the operation of the Holy Spirit, who is restoring the Church to what God intended her to be.

He declared this glory long ago and said: I will do all My pleasure (Is. 16:9-10).

This prophecy is now in full swing because He is doing for His own pleasure, to restore the Church, He is using only available vessels, and no one is allowed to take credit for the great work taking place now, not the fasting, praying all night or acts of endeavor, good planning, good preaching, etc, but God, doing His pleasure – Amen!

If this teaching has blessed you in any way and if you need more help in understanding this Prophecy;

Conclusion

As highlighted by Apostle Dr. Joe Kayo, the Church has a vital role to play in the last days. Filled with the Holy Spirit and led by Christ, it offers a beacon of hope and protection in a troubled world.
